DPCC issues notice for closure of 551 units/ industries regarding non-compliance of EPR under PWM Rules, 2016.
The DPCC has directed all the Producers in NCT of Delhi to apply online at the website of DPCC at http://dpcc.delhigovt.nic.in for Registration/ Renewal under the PWM Rules 2016 along with copy of Consent obtained/ applied, Extended Producers Responsibility (EPR) Action Plan, endorsed by the Urban Development Department MSME certificate and other related documents within 7 days of issuance of this notice, failing which, action shall be taken against the defaulter units including closure of the unit, disconnection of electricity / water supply and levying of Environmental Compensation as per provisions of the said Rules.
DPCC has issued an advisory on disposal of C&D waste through authorized C&D plant.
The construction agencies and departments undertaking construction and demolition may not release payment till the contractor submits mandatorily a certificate to the effect that the C&D waste produced from the site has been delivered to the authorized C&D plant.

Return of Registration Fee of a Real Estate Project and Real Estate Agent by the Authority, Regulations, 2021.
As per section 4(1) Application for registration of real estate projects under Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and provision under rule 5(a) of The Goa Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate agents, Rate of Interest and Disclosure on website Rules, 2017, at the time application of registration, the promoter shall pay a registration fee, calculated on the area of land proposed to be developed at the rate of rupees ten per sq. mt., subject to a minimum of fifty thousand only and a maximum of rupees ten lakhs only.
Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) amendment notification
All development activities or projects in CRZ-I and CRZ-IV areas, which are regulated or permissible as per this notification, shall be dealt with by Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for CRZ clearance, based on the recommendation of the concerned Coastal Zone Management Authority with the following exceptions namely: Stand-alone jetties, Breakwaters, Groynes, Salt works, Slipways and manual Erosion control bunds which shall be dealt by concerned Coastal Zone Management Authority or SEIAA/Ministry, as the case may be, in case the projects attract EIA Notification, 2006.

Guidelines for granting Environmental Clearance (EC) for up to 20% expansion of Iron, Manganese, Bauxite and Limestone mining projects
The expansion of Iron, Manganese, Bauxite and Limestone mining projects (with 5-star ratings) upto 20% of the production capacity for which EC had been granted on the basis of public hearing, shall be allowed to undertake public consultation instead of Public Hearing at site while granting EC.
