By incorporating the service conditions of employees from these precursor institutions, the amendment aims to streamline and harmonize the employment terms within the broader framework of the Institute.

PCI Publishes FAQs on Registration of M.Pharm Students & Payment Updations
The Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) has released clarifications on two issues pertaining to online payments and the registration process for M.Pharm pursuing students on the PCI portal. These FAQs were published on January 18, 2024. The PCI encourages all concerned parties to refer to this clarification and the attached documentation for a seamless experience with the PCI portal.
Clarification regarding Settlement of Accounts for Scholarship/Fellowship
HEI’s are requested to send Utilization Certificate/Statement of Expenditure and dues, if any, for the period pertaining up to 30.06.2016 by 31 January 2024. After 31 January 2024, no claim will be entertained by the UGC.
Clarification regarding Allocation of land/ built up space within their campuses for establishing Working women Hostel (WWH) in the campuses
The Ministry of Women and Child Development (MWCD) has suggested to identify suitable land /built up space within the campuses of the universities for establishing Working women Hostel (WWH). If the universities provide such space, the cost of construction and /or management cost for running the facility can be provided by MCWD. It has also requested to convey a list of ro-r5 such identified spaces within the next 1o days.
UGC clarification regarding Arrears of Post-Doctoral fellowships
Higher Educational Institution’s and Fellows are requested to claim their pending dues i.e., pre-revised/revised fellowship/house rent allowance/contingency admissible up to December 2023, by 8th February 2024 on Scholarship Fellowship Management Portal (SFMP).
