UGC invites Nominations/ Recommendations for Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Telecom Excellence Awards 2024
The nominations/ recommendations for the Award are hereby invited from Universities; Technical/Educational/ Academic institutions on the online National Award Portal www.awards.gov.in. The nominations/ recommendations should contain all relevant details specified in the format available on the above portal. The last date for nominations is 30th September, 2024.
HEIs to display exhibition regarding Partition Horrors
UGC has requested Higher Education Institutions to display the exhibition. It is also requested to organize seminars involving academicians/research scholars and experts from different disciplines to bring awareness about the sacrifices and sufferings of the victims of the partition of India. The display of exhibitions may be accompanied with programmes to be organised by the head of the institutions.
UGC directions for participation in Plant4Mother campaign
For effective monitoring and tracking of the campaign’s progress, HEIS are requested to upload the details of the plantations undertaken on the portal https:/!merilife.nic.in/ along with videos and photographs or the events.
