NMC Clarifies Promotion Policy for Faculty Completing Delayed BCMET Course
According to the new directive, if a faculty member completes the BCMET course after their due date for promotion and subsequently submits the completion certificate, they should be promoted with effect from their original due date of promotion. The BCMET course is recognized as a crucial component of faculty development in medical education, equipping educators with essential skills and knowledge in teaching methodologies and educational technology.
