DGFT extends the date for Mandatory electronic filing of Non-Preferential Certificate of Origin (CoO).
The option of Submission and issuance of CoO (Non-Preferential) by the issuing agencies through their paper-based systems may continue further up to 30th September 2021.

The Ministry of Textiles had earlier notified a new scheme by the name Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies, under this scheme, the exporters are issued a Duty Credit Scrip for the value of embedded taxes and levies contained in the exported product. Exporters can use this scrip to pay basic Customs duty for the import of equipment, machinery or any other input.
DGFT extends time limit for filing claims under TMA scheme.
DGFT brings in amendment to para 7A.01(d) of the Handbook of Procedures (2015-20) in which the Application for refund of claims under the Transport and Marketing Assistance (TMA) Scheme for specified agricultural products for the quarter ending 31st March, 2020 and 30th June, 2020 may be filed upto 30th September, 2021.
