UIDAI makes online document update in Aadhaar free of cost
Residents may login on https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/ using their Aadhaar number. One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to registered mobile number, one has to just click on ‘Document Update’ and the existing details of resident will be displayed. An Aadhaar holder needs to verify the details, if found correct, click on the next hyper-link. In the next screen, the resident has to choose Proof of Identity and Proof of Address document from the dropdown list and upload the copies of the same to update his/her documents. The list of updated and acceptable PoA and PoI documents is available on official website of UIDAI.
Framework for Adoption of Cloud Services by SEBI Regulated Entities
REs which are currently availing cloud services (as on date of issuance of this framework) shall ensure that, wherever applicable, all such arrangements are revised and they (RE) shall be in compliance with this framework not later than 12 (twelve) months from the date of issuance of the framework.

This functionality is also applicable to the users who had associated their Professional Membership Numbers with their ID in past on MCA portal.
New security mechanism for Aadhaar based fingerprint authentication
The new security mechanism for Aadhaar based fingerprint authentication has now become fully functional. The UIDAI head office and its regional offices are in touch with all entities for facilitating any user agency (that may not have migrated yet) to switch over to the new secured authentication mode at the earliest.
MCA has allowed physical filing of Forms GNL-2, MGT-14, PAS-3, SH-8, SH-9 and SH-11
It has been decided that the companies intending to file these forms from 22.02.2023 to 31.03.2023 on the MCA-21 Portal may file such Form in physical mode duly signed by the persons concerned as per requirements of the relevant forms, along with a copy thereof in electronic media, with the concerned Registrar without payment of fee and take acknowledgement thereof.
MCA extends the time for filing of 45 new company e-Forms
It has been decided to allow further additional time till 31.03.2023 for filing forms which are due for filing between 07.02.2023 and 28.02.2023, without additional fees, to the stakeholders.
MCA has constituted a team for managing the grievances raised on social media handle and helpdesk
The team is entrusted with the responsibility to reach out to every stakeholder raising grievances through the social media handle of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and shall provide them replies in a timely fashion.

MCA extends timeline for filing forms on MCA-21 Version 3
Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued a general circular extending the timeline for filing 45 company e-forms and PAS-03 in MCA-21 Version 3. These extensions are provided without any payment of additional fees. This extension was notified on 7th February, 2023.
