Master Plan for Delhi-2021

The amendment provides that the Development Control Norms shall be applicable to Unauthorized Colonies (UCs) covered under ‘National Capital Territory of Delhi (Recognition of Property Rights of Residents in Unauthorized Colonies)’ Regulations, 2019.

Ministry of electronic invites application under Design Linked Incentive (DLI) Scheme from domestic semiconductor chip design firms.

The approved applicants that claim incentives under the scheme will be encouraged to retain their domestic status (i.e., more than 50% of the capital in it is beneficially owned by resident Indian citizens and/ or Indian companies, which are ultimately owned and controlled by resident Indian citizens) for a period of three years after claiming incentives under the scheme.

Ministry of Electronics notifies Design Linked Incentive (DLI) Scheme.

The Main objective of the scheme is to strengthen the design infrastructure through incubators for semiconductor design and facilitating access to startups and MSMEs and achive significant indigenization in semiconductor and electronic products and IPs deployed in the country, thereby facilitating import substitution and value addition in electronics sector in the next 5 years.
