The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) has issued new certain standards for data quality, financial and other services such as Gym Centre and Adventure Tourism. These notifications were published on March 30, 2024.
Some of the new standards on Data Quality are as follows:
- Data Quality Part 2 Vocabulary
- Data Quality Part 62 Data Quality Management
- Data Quality Part 66 Data Quality Management
- Data Quality Part 120 Master Data
It has also introduced new standards on the following:
- Determination of Dithiocarbamate Pesticide Residues in Fruits and Vegetables
- Thiophanate Methyl + Pyraclostrobin Flowable Suspension Concentrate
- Agricultural Tractors
- Crop Protection Equipment
- Graphic Technology
In respect of financial services, it has developed the following standards:
- Mobile Financial Services
- Reference Data Distribution in Financial Services
- Financial Services — Semantic Technology
All of these standards were established on March 26, 2024.
