The retail price for these specified formulations must match the specified price. Manufacturers are required to submit a price list in Form–V via IPDMS to the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) and provide copies to State Drug Controllers and dealers. Retailers and dealers must clearly display the price list provided by manufacturers to ensure it is easily accessible to customers.

The Government of Goa issued orders on June 13, 2024, to revise industrial hygiene survey fees. The fees for industrial hygiene surveys will increase by 5% annually, effective immediately and starting from April 1, 2025.

Karnataka Government Issues Draft Amendments To Education Rules, 2024

The amendments extend recognition validity from five to ten years for the first renewal and make it permanent thereafter, subject to certain conditions. Additionally, a new provision for processing fees allows up to three submissions within the same academic year before requiring a fresh application with an additional non-refundable fee. Goa Government Proposes Amendments To Child Labor Regulations

The proposed amendments to the child and adolescent labour regulations include renaming the rules to include “Adolescent” and defining key terms. The new rules aim to raise public awareness, allow children to help their families and work as artists under strict guidelines, and omit restrictions on certain occupations. They also establish procedures for payments from the Child and Adolescent Labour Rehabilitation Fund and limit adolescents to working no more than 5 hours a day in applicable establishments.

Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission Determines Tariff Rates For FY 2024-25

The Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (GERC) has announced revisions in tariff rates for FY 2024-25. These revisions include unchanged scheduled tariffs for consumers of State-owned DISCOMs and Torrent Power Limited (Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, and Surat areas), discontinuation of night- time electricity concession for most consumers, and adjustments in tariffs for Animal Husbandry and Green Power. The commission also approved FPPPA charges and transmission fees adjustments.

Telangana RERA Issues Deadline For Submission Of Quarterly Progress Reports

The Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority has issued a circular requiring promoters to submit their quarterly progress reports within 15 days of each quarter’s end, as mandated by the Real Estate Act, 2016, and Telangana Real Estate Rules, 2017. Promoters who fail to comply may face a penalty of up to 5% of the project’s estimated cost under Section 61 of the Real Estate Act, 2016. All pending reports must be submitted by the end of June 2024 to avoid penalties.

Medical Device Exporters Can Now Get RCMCs From EEPC India

DGFT has noted that presently Export Promotion Council (EPC) for Medical Devices is not yet fully operational and cannot issue RCMCs. Therefore, it has temporarily allowed RCMCs for medical devices to be issued by the Engineering Export Promotion Council of India (EEPC India) or any other relevant EPC for medical devices. This measure will operate until the designated EPC for medical devices becomes fully functional.

PCI Issues Guidelines For Inspectors Towards Inspection Process Of Academic Year 2024-2025

The inspections will be carried out by specially empaneled inspectors. The inspections shall be conducted entirely through a mobile application (PCI Inspection App) available on Google Play Store for Android devices. Inspectors shall verify the adequacy of infrastructural facilities, Human Resources and other facilities as specified under Education Regulations for various pharmacy
