Ministry of Electronics notifies Design Linked Incentive (DLI) Scheme.
The Main objective of the scheme is to strengthen the design infrastructure through incubators for semiconductor design and facilitating access to startups and MSMEs and achive significant indigenization in semiconductor and electronic products and IPs deployed in the country, thereby facilitating import substitution and value addition in electronics sector in the next 5 years.
FSSAI publishes SOP for Intermediaries facilitating sales between Farmers/ small original producers and producer organizations and end consumers.
Exemption from the requirement of certification under these rules shall be applicable only to “Aggregators or Intermediaries who collect organic food from farmer/ small original producer or producer organization and sell it to the end consumer”
FSSAI introduces online renewal of procedure of Food safety mitra scheme (FSM) certificates.
FSM will be able to apply for renewal of the certificate from a period of 6 months before the expiry date and upto 6 months after the expiry date of the certificate. If renewal is not applied upto 6 months after the expiry date of the certificate, the certificate shall not be renewed in any case. Willing FSM, whose certificate has been expired, will be required to apply for a fresh certificate.
FSSAI issues clarification with regard to sampling of soybean De-Oiled cakes or soybean meals intended for use in poultry and animal feed.
It has been brought to the notice of FSSAI that food safety officers in certain states are drawing sample of soybean De-oiled cakes/soybean meals which are specifically intended for use in poultry and animal feed during inspection of units of soybean processors/manufacturer.
SEBI extends facility for conducting AGM of unitholders of REITs and InvITs through VC or OAVM
