Pharmacy Council of India directs healthcare facility to comply with the provisions of Biomedical Waste Management Rules, 2016.
Biomedical waste management rule 2016 stipulate that issuing license to health care facilities or nursing homes or veterinary establishments by ministry of health and family welfare will be subject to condition of obtaining authorization from the prescribed authority for biomedical waste management.
FSSAI issues Compliance with respect to limits of trans-fatty acids for food products as per the Food Safety and Standards Regulations.
As per the Food Safety and standards (Prohibition and Restriction of sales) Regulations, 2011 the “Food Products in which edible oils and fats are used as an ingredient shall not contain industrial trans fatty acids more than 2% by mass of the total oils/fats present in the product”, which is effective on and from 01st January 2022.

It is proposed that the Code may be amended to provide that the resolution plan should mandatorily specify the manner of undertaking proceedings for avoidance of transactions and wrongful trading if such proceedings are to be continued after approval of the plan.

The Insecticides ( Fourth Amendment) Draft Rules, 2021.
Through this amendment the Ministry has granted time upto 31st December 2022 for the applicant to comply with the prescribed qualification for obtaining license to sell, stock or exhibit for sale or distribute insecticides.
