Goa Electric Mobility Promotion Policy 2021.
This Policy shall be applicable to all classes of Electric Vehicles including 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, 4-wheelers including passenger cars and commercial light/heavy vehicles that are registered and operated in Goa and it shall be applicable to Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV), Strong Hybrid Vehicles and Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV), as per FAME-II notifications and provisions.
The Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021.
The Act prohibits commercial surrogacy and allows only altruistic surrogacy which involves no monetary compensation to the surrogate mother other than the medical expenses and insurance coverage during pregnancy.
FSSAI issues order on extension of period for modification/migration of License by existing FSSAl Licensed Manufacturers.

Ministry of Finance declares “Electronic Gold Receipt” as securities under Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956.
Electronic Gold Receipt” means an electronic receipt issued on the basis of deposit of underlying physical gold in accordance with the regulations made by the Securities and Exchange Board of India under section 31 of the said Act.
Goa State Pollution Control Board has published the list of approved fuel in the state.
The Government of Goa has published a list of “Approved Fuels”, in the state and no other fuels with exception of the ones listed below shall be used in the State of Goa.
Government of Meghalaya publishes Meghalaya Regulation of Gaming Rules, 2021.
The rules requires gaming entities to obtain a license which shall be issued only to an Indian citizen or a legal entity incorporated in India. An operator is required to set up a office in Meghalaya within 30 days from the date of issue of license.
