MoHFW appoints 25th January 2022 as the date on which the provisions of Surrogacy (Regulation) ACT , 2021 shall come into force.
The Act prohibits commercial surrogacy and allows only altruistic surrogacy which involves no monetary compensation to the surrogate mother other than the medical expenses and insurance coverage during pregnancy.
RBI regulations for factoring business
Under the provisions of the regulations mentioned above, all existing non-deposit taking NBFC-Investment and Credit Companies (NBFC-ICCs) with asset size of ₹1,000 crore & above will be permitted to undertake factoring business subject to satisfaction of certain conditions.

Bihar Professional Tax (Amendment) Rules, 2021.
Through this amendment under rule 3(5)(a), where there is any change in the name of employer or deductor or date of liability, the employer shall, within a period of fifteen days of such change, submit an application electronically along with the documents relating to such change on the official web-site of the Commercial Taxes Department.
