Home delivery of medicines will begin from 1st February 2022 under Services e-Health Assistance and Teleconsultation (SeHAT).
The user does not need to pay anything to seek teleconsultation & can simply access the services by visiting https://sehatopd.gov.in, or by using the SeHAT apps available on the Play store & App Stores. Since its launch, there have been more than 10,000 successful teleconsultations on SeHAT, with a strong team of 2000 plus doctors onboard.

DGFT amends the export policy of syringes.
As per the amendment, the export of Syringes with or without Needles falling under HSN code 90183100 or falling under any other HSN code has been put under ‘Free’ category with immediate effect. Earlier, it was under “restricted” policy.
DoT issues warning to E-commerce companies on illegal facilitation and sale of wireless jammers on online portal.
The sale and use of wireless jammers are illegal. Therefore sale of such equipment by both online platforms and offline dealer for general consumption is viewed as an illegal activity and legal action will be initiated under existing acts and security guidelines.

Delhi Government notifies the Draft Motor Vehicle Aggregators Scheme, 2021.
This scheme shall be applicable to Aggregators with at least 50 motor vehicles in their fleet and shall be applicable to Aggregators which have on-boarded 2-W, 3-W and 4-W vehicles, and shall not apply for buses.

The Commission has decided to continue the Discounted Energy Rate Scheme for further period of three months upto 31st March, 2022.
SEBI clarification regarding Change in control of AMCs involving scheme of arrangement
The validity of SEBI in-principle approval for scheme of arrangement for AMC shall be three months from the date of issuance, within which the relevant application shall be made to NCLT.
Government of Bihar notifies the license fee under Bihar Cane (Regulation of Supply and Purchase) Rule, 1978.
As per rule 17(1) of Bihar Cane (Regulation of Supply and Purchase) Rule, 1978, the fee for granting first license to the occupier of the factory shall be 50,000/- and for renewal of license in respect of a factory shall be 50,000/-.
