Government of Gujarat revises the minimum rates of wages payable to employees employed in Sugarcane Cutting and Loading.
The Government in consultation with the Gujarat Minimum Wages Advisory Board has revised the minimum rates of wages payable to the employees, employed in sugarcane cutting at the rate of Rs. 476/ per tonne and there shall be no discrimination between male and female workers in the payment of minimum wages.
