The Inland Vessels (Safe Navigation, Communication and Signals) Draft Rules 2022.
No new inland vessel shall be issued with the certificate of survey under the Act and the Inland Vessels (Survey and Certification) Rules, 2022, unless such vessel complies with requirements related to Safe Navigation, Communication and Signals including the physical design of the inland vessel or equipment that the inland vessel must carry, or those which are operational or procedural in nature.
RBI extends validity of existing Entrepreneurs Memorandum (EM) Part II and Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum (UAMs) of the MSMEs
The prior notification is amended to provide that the existing Entrepreneurs Memorandum (EM) Part II and Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum (UAMs) of the MSMEs obtained till June 30, 2020 shall remain valid till March 31, 2022.
RBI RRA Interim Recommendations- Second tranche
RRA has recommended elimination of paper-based returns and has identified 65 regulatory returns which would either be discontinued/ merged with other returns or would be converted into online returns.
MoHFW has extended the date for NEET-MDS 2022 & for completion of compulsory rotating internship
In order to bring parity between the NEET-MDS 2022 and NEET-PG 2022 examination, it has been decided by the Competent Authority that the date for conduct of NEET-MDS examination, 2022 may be postponed by 4-6 weeks and preferably around the same date as that for NEET-PG 2022.
FSSAI extends validity of the NOC for the Alcoholic Beverages Bottled in Origin & in Bulk
It has been
decided that for the imported consignments of alcoholic beverages bottled in origin & in bulk, containing more than 10 percent alcohol which does not have an expiry date, the NOC issued as per the FSS (Import) Regulations, 2017 shall have a validity of 300 days.
Ministry of Power notifies Green Hydrogen/ Green Ammonia Policy.
Hydrogen and Ammonia are envisaged to be the future fuels to replace fossil fuels. Production of these fuels by using power from renewable energy, termed as green hydrogen and green ammonia, is one of the major requirements towards environmentally sustainable energy security of the nation.
The Plastic Waste Management (Amendment) Rules, 2022.
Registration of Producers, Importers & Brand-Owners (operating in one or two states) and Plastic Waste processors shall be done by State Pollution Control Board or Pollution Control Committee through the centralized Extended Producer Responsibility portal developed by Central Pollution Control Board.

The returns and documents as required by the Bank shall be submitted by the system provider in the form specified by the Bank from time to time.
The Labour Ministry extends the public utility service status on iron and steel industry for another 6 months.
The Ministry has lastly declared the said industry to be public utility service for the purposes of the said Act for a period of six months with effect from 18th July 2021 and of the opinion that public interest requires the extension of the public utility service status, the ministry has further extended for another period of 6 months starting from 17th February 2022.
SEBI clarification on Opening of demat account in case of HUF
The circular clarifies that the event of death of Karta of HUF, the name of the deceased Karta in the Beneficial Owner (BO) account shall be replaced by the new Karta appointed by the member of the HUF who in such a case shall be senior most member of the family.
