In case of export to OFAC listed countries, exporter may submit FIRC along-with the self-declaration that e-BRC (electronic Bank Realisation Certificate) could not be generated by the concerned bank.

CERC (Indoor/Outdoor Medical Facilities) (Second Amendment) Draft Regulation, 2022.
The Amendment is brought under clause 5.1 in which employees will be entitled to the reimbursement of medical expenses on actual basis for non-hospitalisation cases, for themselves and their family members including dependents on production of prescription from Authorised/notified Medical Practitioners along with bills/cash memos of medicines/tests.
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Alternative Investment Funds) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2022.

All authorities are prohibited from conducting admission to pharmacy courses without prior approval of Pharmacy Council of India
It is clarified that as per the Pharmacy Act, 1948 and educational regulations made thereunder, no authority shall conduct or increase admission to pharmacy courses without prior approval of Pharmacy Council of India.
