Gujarat’s Water Infrastructure Boost: 417 Crore Scheme Approved
The Chief Minister of Gujarat has granted administrative approval for a Rs 417 crore scheme aimed at providing Narmada water for irrigation to 45 villages in Dhrangadhra, Muli, and Wadwan talukas within Surendranagar district. Previously, these villages did not receive irrigation water through any branch canal managed by Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam, as outlined in the plan for water distribution.
