Advisory to all Private Satellite TV channels for adherence to Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act, 1995
The Government through the circular expresses serious concern about the manner in which the television channels have gone about their operations in the matter of transmitting content and are hereby strongly advised to immediately refrain from publishing and transmitting any content which is violative of the aforementioned provisions of The Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act, 1995 and the rules thereunder.

The Labour Ministry extends the public utility service status on banking industry for another 6 months.
The Ministry has lastly declared the said industry to be a public utility service for the purposes of the said Act for a period of six months from 21st October 2021. However, due to the opinion that public interest requires the extension of the public utility service status to the said industry, it is extended for a further period of six months with effect from 25th April 2022.

The amendment provides that a custodian holding a certificate of registration as on the date of commencement of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Custodian) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022, may provide custodial services in respect of silver or silver related instruments held by a mutual fund only after taking prior approval of the Board.

The scheme provides for incentive/special incentives for various categories including women, SC/ST, Hill districts, Island districts and North-Eastern States. The Jharkhand Electricity Duty (Amendment) Rules, 2021.
As per the amendment, a new Explanation-II has been inserted under Rule 2 which reads as- Unless the context otherwise requires, net charges shall be arrived at after excluding following charges from the ‘Energy charges
