The Inland Vessels (Prevention and Containment of Pollution) Rules, 2022
No inland vessel shall be issued with the Prevention of Pollution Certificate envisaged under the Act issued by the Designated Authority, unless such vessel complies with requirements and standards for pollution prevention and containment including the physical design of the inland vessel or facilities that the inland vessel shall carry, or those which are operational or procedural in nature, which the inland vessel is required to comply under these rules.

The critical assets shall include business critical systems, internet facing applications /systems, systems that contain sensitive data, sensitive personal data, sensitive financial data, Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data, etc. All the ancillary systems used for accessing/communicating with critical systems either for operations or maintenance shall also be classified as critical system.
Government of Goa has revised the “Shetkari Adhar Nidhi” Scheme.
The farmer who has suffered losses shall be eligible for the benefit under Shetkari Adhar Nidhi Scheme. Farmer shall be the one, cultivating the land with valid Krishi Card. NGO’s/Self Help Groups/Farmers Clubs/ Institutes and Organizations engaged in agricultural activities with valid Krishi Card issued by the Government shall be covered under the scheme.
Government of Goa amends the eligibility criteria under Bhasha Puraskar Yojana.
As per the amendment, any person of Goan origin residing in Goa for last 50 years and contributed his work for propagating language by way of teaching, translation, writing, lecturing etc. However, in a special case Government may relax these criteria considering the nature of work of the concerned scholar as and when no suitable nomination received.
