In terms of Regulation 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Model Bye-Laws and Governing Board of Insolvency Professional Agencies) Regulations, 2016, an Insolvency Professional Agencies (IPA) shall designate or appoint a compliance officer who shall be responsible for ensuring compliances with the provisions of the Code and regulations, circulars, guidelines, and directions issued thereunder.

The Central Motor Vehicles (Seventeenth Amendment) Rules, 2022.
The amendment is brought under rule 175 which deals with Registration Procedure for Automated Testing Station in which under sub-rule 3A, the Central Government shall set up an electronic portal for Single Window Clearance on which the applicant will apply and upload documents and required fee for registration.
Government of Andhra Pradesh allows retail enterprises to stay open every day for a period of 5 years.
Working hours of employees shall be a maximum of 8 hours per day and not more than 48 hours in a week. Record of time shall be maintained in wage register separately in respect of employees who worked beyond normal working hours and overtime wages shall be paid to all eligible employees.
The Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) Draft Amendment Regulations, 2022.
Through this amendment, the standards for meat sausages, has been notified. Sausage is a product obtained by stuffing minced meat (pork, poultry or meat from other food animals) and other ingredients (fat/oil, salt, water, extenders, spices etc.) in casings (natural/artificial) which may be marketed as fresh (raw), fermented, cooked and/or smoked.

The National Means cum Merit Scholarship Scheme (NMMSS) is boarded on the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) – a one stop platform for scholarship schemes given to students. NMMSS scholarships are disbursed directly into the bank accounts of selected students by electronic transfer through Public Financial Management System (PFMS) following DBT mode. This is a 100% centrally sponsored scheme.
Cabinet approves Nutrient Based Subsidy rates for Phosphatic and Potassic fertilizers for Rabi season 2022-23
The Union Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Department of Fertilizers to subsidize various Nutrients, that is Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), Potash (K) and Sulphar (S) for Phosphatic and Potassic (P&K) fertilizers for Rabi Season – 2022-23 (from 01.10.2022 to 31.03.2023).

The order provides that the Wholesale and Bulk Consumers (Big Chain Retailers Shops) stands exempted from the Stock Limit on Edible Oils and Oilseeds provided under Removal of Licensing Requirements, Stock Limits and Movement Restrictions on Specified Foodstuffs Order, 2016.
Draft Teachers Eligibility Qualifications in Medical Institutions Regulations, 2022
The amendment clarifies that if a person has acquired MBBS qualification in India and PG qualification from any of the five English speaking countries, then he/she shall be eligible for registration in India as specialist and if, after acquiring PG qualification, he/she has been working in a teaching hospital, then depending on his/her teaching experience in medical sciences, he/she shall be considered for teaching job in medical college in India.
