Every deposit made towards duty, interest, penalty, fee or any other sum payable by a person under the provisions of this Act or under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 or under any other law for the time being in force or the rules and regulations made thereunder, using authorised mode of payment shall, subject to such conditions and restrictions, be credited to the electronic cash ledger of such person, to be maintained in such manner, as may be prescribed. This requirement is suspended till 31st March, 2023.

There shall be a separate Satellite Earth Station Gateway (SESG) License under the Section 4 of Indian Telegraph Act. The SESG License will not form part of the Unified License (UL). The Service Area for the SESG License shall be at National Level.
Food Safety and Standards (Licensing and Registration of Food Business) Amendment Regulations, 2021
The enforcement of these regulations shall commence only after the final regulations are notified in the Gazette of India. Certain regulations were already enforced via previous notifications. The food business operators shall follow the entire regulations w.e.f 11.11.2022.
