Odisha Renewable Energy Policy, 2022
All large hydro, small hydro, ground-mounted solar, rooftop solar, floating solar, canal top solar, wind, biomass, energy storage (including pumped storage hydro, 4 battery energy storage system), waste-to-energy, green hydrogen/green ammonia projects or any other renewable energy technology and new initiatives/ pilot projects commissioned in the State of Odisha during the Policy period shall be guided by this Policy.
Govt. of Tamil Nadu Enhances Rates of Contribution to the Labour Welfare Fund
Every employee shall contribute Rs. 20 per year to the labour welfare fund. The government shall also contribute to the fund, Rs. 20 per year in respect of each such employee. Every employer will contribute to the fund Rs. 40 per year in respect of each employee.
The Punjab Govt. notifies the PSERC (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Generation, Transmission, Wheeling and Retail Supply Tariff) Regulations, 2022
The Regulations prescribe the principles for determination of Tariff and Norms for Operation for Transmission Business and SLDC Business. The Regulations also detail the requirements for filing of Business Plan/Multi-Year Tariff/True Up/Aggregate Revenue. Annexure A of the Regulation states the Segregation of ARR of Wheeling and Retail Supply Business.
