If any MC/ institute is found to be not transferring AEBAS IDs of employees/ faculty who have joined another MC/ institute by way of resignation or transfer, strict action will be taken against the erring institute.

Draft Insecticides (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2023
These draft rules seek to extend the timeline for complying with the requirements of qualifications as per the Insecticides Act, 1971. As per this draft rules, all retailers or dealers possessing a valid licence without prescribed qualifications shall be allowed up to 31st December, 2023 to comply with the said qualifications.

Renewable Generation Obligation as per Revised Tariff Policy, 2016
All generating companies establishing a coal/lignite-based thermal generating station and having the Commercial Operation Date (COD) of the project on or before 1st April 2023 shall be required to establish renewable energy generating capacity (in MW) i.e. Renewable Generation Obligation (RGO). This RGO shall be of a minimum of 40% of the capacity (in MW) of a coal/lignite-based thermal generating station.
