Haryana Labour Welfare Board increases contribution limit for the Labour Welfare Fund
According to the notification, every employee is now required to contribute a monthly amount equivalent to 0.2% of their salary, wages, or any remuneration, subject to a revised limit of Rs. 31/-. Additionally, each employer in respect of each such employee shall contribute to fund every month, twice the amount contributed by such employee.

Revised procedure for applying for Amnesty scheme for onetime settlement of default in export obligation by Advance and EPCG authorization holders
An online form in manual mode is developed in a standalone website, http://www.amnestyscheme.in. Exporters can also file an application under Amnesty Scheme through said website in manual mode.
DGFT clarification for closure/redemption of Advance/EPCG authorization
For Annual Advance Authorization cases, physical files may be submitted for redemption to the concerned DGFT Regional Authority(RA). On approval, the Authorization holders may submit Closure/EODC Status Update request online to RA for updation.

The Registrar General and Census Commissioner has allowed Office of the Registrar General, India to perform Yes or No Aadhaar authentication, on voluntary basis, for verification of Aadhaar number being collected along with other details as sought in the reporting forms of births or deaths.

Norms for Remittances to International Financial Services Centers (IFSCs) under the Liberalized Remittance Scheme
It is directed that Authorized Persons may facilitate remittances by resident individuals under purpose ‘studies abroad’ as mentioned in Foreign Exchange Management (Current Account Transactions) Rules, 2000 for payment of fees to foreign universities or foreign institutions in IFSCs for pursuing courses.
