Therefore, all the students who are desirous to obtain the medical qualification from any foreign medical institutions or universities and thereafter practice allopathy in lndia, are hereby advised to ensure that all conditions prescribed in FMGL are fulfilled before taking admission. Any variation in duration, medium of instructions, syllabus, clinical training or internship/clerkship may lead to disqualification in grant of registration in lndia. ln case of disqualification, the sole responsibility shall lie upon the candidate only.

TRAI issued a Consultation Paper on ‘Introduction of Digital Connectivity Infrastructure Provider Authorization under Unified License (UL)’ on 09th February 2023. The comments and counter-comments received from various stakeholders are available on TRAI website. In this regard, an Open House Discussion (OHD) was also held on 20th June 2023 through video conference. Based on the comments/inputs received from the stakeholders during consultation process, discussion held during OHD and further analysis of the issues, the Authority has finalized Recommendations on ‘Introduction of Digital Connectivity Infrastructure Provider Authorization under Unified License (UL)’.

FSSAI has decided to grant a final One-time permission up to 31.12.2023 for FBOs to use pre-printed packaging materials non-complying with the FSS (Labelling & Display) Regulation, 2020
The revised fee for any FBO applying for permission to use the above said PPMs shall be Rs. 30,000/- + GST (for central license) and Rs. 12,000/. + GST (for state license) to be paid through the e-payment portal- https:/lepay.fssai.gov.in.

No person shall be appointed to the post of University and College teacher, Librarian, or Director of Physical Education and Sports, in any university or in any of the institutions including constituent or affiliated colleges or in an institution deemed to be a University if such person does not fulfill the requirements as to the qualifications for the appropriate post as provided in these Regulations.
Deferred Payment of Import Duty (Amendment) Rules, 2023
Where the Central Government considers it necessary and expedient, it may, under exceptional circumstances, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, allow payment of import duty to be made on a different due date.
CBIC directions for e-commerce operators
The electronic commerce operator shall allow the supply of goods through it by the by the persons exempted from obtaining registration only if enrolment number has been allotted on the common portal to the persons exempted from obtaining registration.
Central Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Rules, 2023
The amendment provides that within a period of thirty days from the date of grant of registration, or before furnishing the details of outward supplies of goods or services or both under section 37 in FORM GSTR-1or using invoice furnishing facility, whichever is earlier, a registered person shall furnish information with respect to details of bank account on the common portal.
