ESIC clarification regarding availing of medical services by the Insured Persons and beneficiaries from any ESIC/ESIS dispensary/hospital across India
In order to extend the portability in service delivery of ESIC on pan India basis, it has been decided that IP and beneficiaries may visit any dispensary/hospital across India for consultation and issuance of medicines through Dhanwantri module only, irrespective of the dispensary allotted on the beneficiary card.
SEBI directs stock brokers to inform clients their standard Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC)
The form, nature of communication, documentation and detailed standards for implementation of MITC shall be published on or before January 01, 2024, by the Brokers’ Industry Standards Forum(ISF), under the aegis of stock exchanges, in consultation with SEBI. In the event that the ISF is unable to publish the same, as above, in whole or in part, then SEBI, may, at its discretion, publish standards in respect of the same.

Central government has extended the public consultation period for Ecomark Certification Rules, 2023
The draft notification provides the framework only for implementation and mechanism for operationalization of the Ecomark. The Central Government has extended the public consultation period for the draft notification till 60 days from the date of publication.
Ministry of Communications warns against fraud in the name of TRAI
The public at large is hereby informed that TRAI does not block/disconnect any mobile number of any individual telecom customers. TRAI never sends any message or make any call for disconnection of mobile numbers. TRAI has not authorized any agency to contact customers for such activities and all such calls are illegal and are to be dealt as per Law. Therefore, any call or message claiming to be from TRAI should be considered potentially fraudulent.

Government extends date for submitting claims under Vivad se Vishwas scheme to December 31
In an office memorandum, the Department of Expenditure said it has been decided that the claims under the Vivad se Vishwas II scheme can now be submitted till December 31, 2023 to settle contractual disputes of government and government undertakings, wherein arbitral award is under challenge in a court.
