The Ministry of Finance through notification dated 26 August, 2021 has issued new Anti-Dumping Duty rates for Natural Mica based Pearl Industrial Pigments excluding cosmetic grade that origin from China PR. The duty rate shall be same for export to any country including China PR.
The anti-dumping duty imposed under this notification shall be levied for a period of five years (unless revoked, superseded or amended earlier) and shall be payable in Indian currency. Rate of exchange applicable for the purpose of calculation of such anti-dumping duty shall be the rate which is specified by the Government of India.
