The Ministry of Finance vide notification dated the 16th October, 2020 has amended the Notification No. 49/2015-Customs (ADD), dated the 21st October, 2015. The Notification enlists goods with anti-dumping duty along with duty rates applicable to each good. As per the amendment, the anti-dumping duty imposed under this notification shall remain in force up to and inclusive of the 30th November, 2020.
The comments on the draft Directions are invited from public/stakeholders till May 12, 2025.
The amendments specifically alter Table 3.1 and Table 3.2 of the notification dated February 2, 2023. These tables outline the Annual Energy Consumption for the
Entities interested may submit their application along with supporting documents (not exceeding 10 MB in total size) via email.
