The Andhra Pradesh Transport, Road and Buildings Departments through notification dated 26th April, 2021 has extended the grace period for payment of motor vehicle tax. The Governor of Andhra Pradesh has ordered that no penalty shall be levied under Section 6 of the said Act, if the Motor Vehicles Advance Tax due for the quarter ending 30-06-2021 under Section 4 of the said Act in respect of Motor Transport Vehicles is paid on or before 30-06-2021.
