Affiliation and Clinical Training Opportunities at ESIC Hospitals for Academic Year 2025-26

The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) invites applications from government and private nursing, allied, and healthcare professional institutions for clinical training and affiliation at ESIC hospitals for the 2025–26 academic year. Each institution will be permitted affiliation for only one course per session to ensure consistent oversight. The affiliated institutions are prohibited from using the ESIC logo or affiliation details in public communications. Failure to comply will result in termination. The affiliation, initially granted for one year, can be extended to three years, with a fresh application required for further continuation. Colleges must be within 30 km of the ESIC hospital (50 km for hilly/tribal areas). Institutions are required to sign an MoU with the ESIC hospital, with payment for training charges made in advance. All applications must be submitted both electronically and in hard copy by September 6, 2024. This notification was published on August 20, 2024.
