Additional affirmations to be submitted by Practicing Company Secretaries (PCS) in Annual Secretarial Compliance Report (ASCR)

National Stock Exchange of India vide Circular dated March 16, 2023 has provided additional affirmations to be submitted by Practicing Company Secretaries (PCS) in Annual Secretarial Compliance Report (ASCR). Following are the additional affirmations to be provided while submitting ASCR:

1. Secretarial Standard
2. Adoption and timely updation of the Policies
3. Disqualification of Director
4. Details related to Subsidiaries of listed entities
5. Preservation of Documents
6. Performance evaluation of the Board
7. Disclosure of events or information
8. Prohibition of Insider Trading
9. Actions taken by SEBI or Stock Exchange(s)
10. Additional Non-compliances, if any
