The Bombay stock exchange vide Notice dated 28 May 2020 has extended due date for payment of Annual Listing Fees. Due to current pandemic situation and lockdown measures across the country, in order to reduce the burden of lockdown upon listed entities, the due date for payment of Annual Listing Fees for Financial Year 2020-21 has been extended to June 30,2020.
