Government of Andhra Pradesh modifies the restriction on the opening of shops in various districts

The state government of Andhra Pradesh on 13th May 2020, has modified the order regarding the opening of shops in various districts allowing shops to remain open from 10 am to 5 pm only, except for pharmacies. Further, shops selling products like fruits, vegetables, and milk may be permitted from 6 AM to 11 AM.

Further, in a rural areas, all standalone shops or colony shops or shops within residential complexes are permitted to open and In Urban areas, colony shops or shops within residential complexes and standalone shops are permitted to open. Where there are adjacent shops except daily essential shops, it shall be ensured that there is one closed shop in between two open shops.

Shops that are permitted to open shall follow physical distance of 6 feet and circles have to be drawn in front of the shop to ensure physical distancing and, sanitizers at the entry and exit doors should be placed, further, staff should wear masks and hand gloves.
