The State Government of Haryana vide its notification dated 12th May 2020 has published the Haryana Motor vehicle(Amendment) Rules 2020.
The amendment is brought under rule 42 which specifies the Penalty for vehicles remaining unfit in which an additional fee of Rs 50 shall be charged each day of delay after expiry of the certificate of fitness. However, the maximum additional fee shall be 1500 per annum for auto rickshaws.
