The Ministry of Finance in its gazette notification dated 14th May 2020 has published the the Sabka Vishwas (legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme (Amendment) Rules, 2020.
The Amendment is brought under rule Rule 6 which specifies procedure for verification by the designated committee and issue of estimate, etc, in which the statement indicating the amount payable by the declarant, shall be issued by the designated committee electronically, on or before May 31, 2020 in Form SVLDRS-3.
Further if the amount estimated to be payable by the declarant exceeds the amount declared by the declarant, then, the designated committee shall issue electronically on or before May 01, 2020 in Form SVLDRS-2, an estimate of the amount payable by the declarant along with a notice of opportunity for a personal hearing.
Every declarant under rule 7 has to pay an amount electronically, as indicated in Form SVLDRS-3, issued by the designated committee, on or before June 30, 2020.
