The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change through its Office Memorandum dated 25th March 2020 has extended the validity of Prior Environment Clearances in respect of all category of projects or activities expiring between 15th March 2020 and 30th April 2020 in order to ensure uninterrupted operations of projects/activities. The extension will remain valid till 30th June 2020.
However such projects or activity shall be carried out as per other relevant laws and regulations during the extension period and the extension is subject to the same terms and conditions of the previous Prior Environmental Clearance in order to ensure uninterrupted operations of such projects or activities.
