The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide its notification dated 6th March 2020, has extended the last date of submitting the comments on Draft Competition (Amendment) Bill, 2020 to 13th March 2020.
MCA in its earlier notice on 20th February 2020 has invited for public comments on the draft Competition (Amendment) Bill, 2020 to be submitted on or before 6th March 2020. However, due to requests received from various stakeholders, the last date for submitting the comments has been extended till 13th March 2020.
Further, the stakeholders are advised to submit their comments through the web link (.http://feedapp.mca.gov.in) created for the purpose.
