The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide its notification dated 18th February 2020 has published the Companies (Registration offices and Fees) Amendment Rules, 2020. Form GNL-2 which is used for submission of document or application to the registrar in cases where no e-forms is prescribed under the Act, has been substituted by the amendment.
The requirement for attachment of Form SH-9 and return of deposits or circulars for inviting deposits in the form of advertisement has been omitted.
