The West Bengal Finance Department has, vide notification dated January 28, 2020, introduced the facility of Government Receipt Portal System (GRIPS) – a mobile App under West Bengal Integrated Financial Management system(WBiFMS) – an online, digital platform for making various tax and non tax payment of the state government.
Presently, tax and non-tax revenue and fees of the state government can be paid online by the depositors and government offices through GRIPS (Government Receipt Portal System) of WBiFMS (West Bengal Integrated Financial Management System). Therefore it has been decided to extend the online payment system through WBiFMS Mobile App, thereby facilitating people further.
Key features available in the WBiFMS App are as follows:
- The registered GRIPS User, can view the payment history and status of payment from ‘My transactions’ feature available in the ‘Home’ page of the GRIPS User in WBiFMS Mobile App.
- The users can also view and download GRN copy from the App
- Payment can be made for self or o behalf of others through WBiFMS Mobile App, if required.
- No Charges are applicable for any mode of payment.
- The modes of payment that are available in the App include internet banking, credit card, debit card, wallet and BHIM UPI.
