The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide notification dated 4th February 2020 has published The Nidhi (Amendment) Rules, 2020 to substitute the existing forms with electronic form. The amendment substitutes the e-form NDH-1 for return of statutory Compliance, e-form NDH-2 for application for extension of time and e-form NDH-3 for Return of Nidhi Company for the half year ended of Nidhi Company.
The amendment shall be effective from 10th February, 2020.
