The Securities and Exchange Board of India vide Notification dated 1st January 2020, has published the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) (Seventh Amendment) Regulations, 2019 to further amend the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.
The Amendment is brought under several provisions under SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018 in which the word “registering” wherever it appears shall be been substituted with the word “filing”.
