The National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide Circular dated 1st November 2019, has introduced extensible Business Reporting Language (“XBRL”) based compliance filings for Listed Companies at NSE under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirement) Regulation, 2015, in continuation to efforts towards ease of compliance.
NSE has requested all the listed entities to note that the Annual Report submitted for FY 2018-19 in PDF form will be considered for compliance under Regulation 34 of SEBI LODR. However, listed entities are also requested to file Annual Report in XBRL mode for FY 2018-19 and the steps for submission of annual report in XBRL mode has been explained in the circular.
