MSE-SPICE Scheme

The MSE- SPICE scheme envisages enabling more than 3400 MSEs to adopt Circular Economy (CE) solutions. The MSE SPICE scheme encourages recirculation of resources in the MSMEs through the strategies of reducing, reusing and recycling of resources, which includes re-processing waste materials in the following eleven sectors:

1. Plastic
2. Rubber
3. Electronic waste
4. Municipal solid and liquid waste
5. Compressed bio gas
6. Lithium-ion batteries
7. End-to-life vehicles
8. Scrap metal: ferrous and non-ferrous
9. Solar panels
10. Gypsum,
11. Toxic, hazardous industrial waste, used oil waste
