Exposure draft IRDAI (RAC)(Amendment) Regulations, 2024

IRDAI has issued Exposure draft IRDAI (Re-Insurance Advisory Committee)(Amendment) Regulations, 2024. The Key features include: –

1. Provision to empower the Chairman of the Committee to decide the mode of meeting along with place and time.
2. Inclusion of specific provision for Resignation and Removal of member of the Re-insurance Advisory Committee.

All the stakeholders are requested to forward their comments / suggestions, if any, on the proposed regulations on or before 5:00 PM on 26.11.2024 to nithya@irdai.gov.in with a copy to anjaly.jolly@irdai.gov.in.
