The Dental Council of India (DCI) has issued a strict reminder to all dental colleges regarding the deadline to upload the details of students admitted in BDS Course for the 2024-25 BDS program. This reminder was issued on October 30, 2024.
It may be recalled, that DCI had issued notices dated September 20, 2024 and October 16, 2024, extending the deadline for uploading these details to November 5, 2024, at 12:00 midnight. By the present notice, DCI has reiterated that all student admissions for the BDS program must be uploaded to the DCI website by this deadline.
Admissions submitted after the deadline will not be recognized by the DCI, and colleges may face legal action under the Dentists Act.
Colleges are urged to upload admissions promptly after each counseling round, instead of waiting until the last minute.
Colleges must only upload details of students genuinely admitted to their institution. Any false information can lead to penalties.
Admission details submitted through email. Hard copy, or any other mode will not be considered.
