The Post Graduate Medical Education Board (PGMEB) has extended the deadline for medical colleges and institutions to submit their Annual Declaration Report for PG Medical Courses. This notice was issued on October 29, 2024.
It may be recalled that all medical colleges and institutions offering postgraduate (PG) medical courses in India are required to submit Annual Disclosure Report. The NMC had by a notice dated October 1, 2024, fixed a deadline for this requirement as October 31, 2024. Now, by the present notice, this deadline has been postponed to November 15, 2024. This requirement is in accordance with the Maintenance of Standards of Medical Education Regulations, 2023 (MSMER-2023).
The extension was granted in response to requests from institutions citing the ongoing festival season.
All other terms and conditions outlined in the original public notice dated October 1, 2024, remain unchanged.
