- Certification Requirement: Retired personnel must obtain certification from their last office, similar to pensioners of the Board/Corporation, or provide a Last Pay Certificate (LPC) issued by their last office.
- Lump Sum Contribution: A one-time payment of ₹1.05 lakh is required, which covers the prescribed contribution of ₹10,500 per year for 10 years.
Coverage Provided:
- Inpatient Department (IPD): Medical facilities will be available up to ₹10 lakh per family per year.
- Outpatient Services (OPS): Coverage of up to ₹30,000.
- OPD for Serious Diseases: Access to necessary treatments as per requirements within the identified serious diseases.
