Extension of timeline for submission of public comments on the consultation paper titled “Recommendations of the Expert Committee for facilitating ease of doing business and harmonization of the provisions of ICDR and LODR Regulations”

SEBI had issued a consultation paper on “Recommendations of the Expert Committee for facilitating ease of doing business and harmonization of the provisions of ICDR and LODR Regulations” on June 26, 2024 seeking comments from public and other stakeholders by July 17, 2024. It has been decided to extend the timeline for submission of comments to July 29, 2024.

In case of any technical issue in submitting your comments through web based public comments form, stakeholders may send your comments through e-mail to consultationcfd@sebi.gov.inwith the subject “Consultation Paper on the Recommendations of the Expert Committee for facilitating ease of doing business and harmonization of the provisions of the ICDR and LODR Regulations”.
