NSE vide circular dated May 14, 2024 has advised Clearing Members to submit the Internal Audit Report on or before May 31, 2024 to the email ID “internalaudit@nsccl.co.in” with the subject line as “Internal Audit Report- Name of the Clearing Member (Clearing Member Code) – March 2024”, in the prescribed
format.
The clearing members shall comply with the regulatory requirements to avoid any penalties/disciplinary actions for late/non-submission of the Internal Audit Report.
